“Free Coworking” needs a critical mass of Social Capital to attract Financial Capital. This is true on a local, as well as on a global scale.
JellyWeek is nearly here and coworking teams around the world realize that we need both social and financial capital to keep this movement on the right path. One solution - the 11 o’clock Community Challenge which proposes coworking spaces offer a community challenge everyday at 11 o’clock local time, Monday through Friday. Each person gets 2-3 minutes to see and respond to the challenge by sharing their knowledge, experience, likes, evaluation, creative input, and concerns for the challenge. In other words, have a few minutes of brainstorming with your fellow coworkers to increase community values in your space.
Sounds doable, right? Here’s more info on how the 11 o’clock Community Challenge works.
WECREATE will be participating through its “The Daily” series, upcoming Skillshare events, and various classes that act as brain boosters for professionals in New York City.
Get out there and challenge your community!
